spending all your money on purchase o fhome is good for the environment since you have no money left for a car, gas, plane trips, other consumables, food for that matter.
It is the greenest thing you can do.

true if purchase price was fulfilled via all-cash offer vs we still have to drive to work, fly off on biz trips,…. so we can pay bank very dime on paycheck for the lovely mortgage paymts

no, the greenest thing one can do is not make crotchfruit! 🙂 (it’s actually true!) so if i want to, i can play with all the aerosol cans i want because i will always be greener than those without kids.
