  1. The Kensington studio seems like a pretty good deal. Seems clean and fairly nice layout. Mine is bigger with a bit higher maintenance and nicer renovations. If someone is willing to give me 150K for mine today, I’ll sell it and walk away gladly.

By the way, get ready for higher real estate taxes. Had a board meeting yesterday and city slapped us with 33% tax increase!!!!! We’ll try to fight the new assessment in court but unlikely to win since Bloomy is trying to get money any way he can. We’ll have to increase maintenance by 7 percent this year to make up for these increases. Freakin craziness.

  2. “Frankly, men who flirt on a blog and say all nicey nicey things to a woman and go as far as blogwed someone and then when someone new comes along flirts with them and they ditch their original playmate unsuspectingly, are in my eyes the lowest scum.”

Shirley, you don’t mean me, Re Writer? I may flirt a bit, but I’m always faithful to bxgrl, unless she starts fooling around with Benson first.

  3. “yourself included, I presume, biff?”

I suppose so based on my lack of free will and soul, desiccation, decay and emaciation on my face and body, blank, expressionless face and constant moaning and guttural sounds.

  4. James Bond has a preservationist connection.

Goldfinger was named after an architect who had desgined some modernist houses in Hampstead, north London. Ian Fleming, the author of the James Bond books, was a local resident & preservationist and objected to the deomolition of a row of cottages to make way for them. His revenge was to name the baddie in one of the books after Goldfinger.

  5. “So this is strictly business? (I’m watching you, re writer!)”

I’m not interested in your Garden, bxgrl.

Frankly, men who flirt on a blog and say all nicey nicey things to a woman and go as far as blogwed someone and then when someone new comes along flirts with them and they ditch their original playmate unsuspectingly, are in my eyes the lowest scum.

    Men are fickle, be weary.
So Carroll, what’s this idea of a site?

  6. “Careful Cgar how you express your love for wings (west or otherwise) to chicken. Offense could be taken.

    Love me, love my wings…

btw, is anyone that side of the pond familiar with the expression “bingo wings”?
