It’s a very hard decision and some of the questions are tricky? Anyone can provide a cheat sheet? Us Russians don’t like to play by the rules. We just buy arenas and shit with money magically made post perestroika times.
Speaking of that, I am a Russian Jew and I didn’t get the memo. All of the oligarchs struck rich right around my age. I am waiting for the phone call any day now to become a CEO of some precious metal or oil newly developed company.
