  1. oooh thanks jessibaby! is it ghetto of me trying to look for someone to do this for free though? i see tax places all over 5th and 7th avenue, can i just walk into one of those with my paperwork? it wouldnt be arduous to do my taxes it’s all straight forward, no weird deductions or anything. do you think it would be over 100 bux? i have no idea how these kinds of things work. but i really dont want to get put in jail or worse my wages garnished.

  2. m4l, it was great to see the Pats and Chargers pull it out at the end. Rivers and Brady seem to be leaders who can do that sort of thing. I don’t know how comforting it is for others though.

  3. ahh! the other thread about people talking about taxes and acorns reminded me i totally forgot about doing my 2003 and 2004 taxes (the nasty letter they sent me claiming i owe thousands of dollars which is RIDICULOUS) for state taxes. i need to find an accountant or tax attorney (preferably one who does pro bono work for the needy) to do my taxes as i cant make heads or tails of the forms myself. does anyone have any suggestions?

  4. The grisly scene, which included odd blood spatter and partially consumed remains, was discovered by the popular owner of a small bodega on 4th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn at 5:30am.
