ENY- It was a pencil skirt. It should be form fitting. This did not fit her form. It just made her look like her clothes did’t fit. When it bunches on the hips it makes that poofy thing between the waist and the crotch area which is never a good look on a lady.
She should have gone one size bigger to accommodate her big badunkadunk and then had the rest tailored in to meet her smaller waist and legs.
