“she’s attractive and can speak in front of a crowd”
Ok, she’s decent looking.
That mumbled-jumbo-gumbo stew is considered speaking? Wow. I have yet to hear her speak english fluently or fluidly.
“Despite the SNL skits and the Maureen Dowd zombies, she has brains, how would she get into a position running the largest state in the union without some mental capacity. Let’s not even be facetious about it. You have to have an IQ above 100 to run a large scale operation.”
First of all, it’s largest only in LAND MASS. Not population, which is less than ONE million residents.
Second of all, an IQ of 100 is not saying much. I prefer my leaders to have a higher IQ than me.
THL, belated congrats! Was going to de-lurk to post the other day, but work interfered.
Also… Anyone read the NYT article about the builder in TX building low income housing from recycled materials? Totally inspiring, wish there was someone around here doing this sort of thing. Talk about “green”.
There is something amazingly charming about these homes. I can’t put my finger on it but maybe it is how rustic they are compared to everything here in the city, where all new construction is always slick and shiny.

Kens, the Biff Amen Choir is multi-denominational. We’re also appearing in October at the new shul / budget hotel in Los Angeles: Temple Beth Western.

New shul/budget hotel? How come I wasn’t aware of that! That’s it, I’m canceling my subscription to Hasidim Post!
Biff, just like a true Jew, you exploit all niche markets.
“dh – Did Rob say whether he’d gotten the message about being un-banned?”
Yeah – he says he saw but still can’t get on.
Oh – ENY, btw I picked up Leon Washington in my draft in a late round. Hoping he has a big season!
ROFL Biff!! Temple Beth Western! You nutball!
> the largest state in the union
With the fourth smallest population. Big fish. Small pond.
