I mean, you would think that if a higher being just warped the space time continuium to get to Earth, he’d have something better to do than twittle some hapless human’s sphincter.
No, Gem, I fear it really is pursuit of the biggest wmd but the romance of it is undeniable. I went to the first session of Space Camp that allowed adults – it was wonderful.

In my opinion, the ends do not justify the means. What came out of the Vietnam or Iraq invasions to justify the cost, in terms of lives and dollars? The US Government disgraced itself in the world’s eyes and proved it can be amongst the world’s worst human rights violators. Legion, I don’t think we’ll ever agree on this topic. However, I am totally digging this new fraternizing side of you in the OT and do respect your passion and intelligence, even when we disagree.
This whole outer space stuff scares me. In the movies – whenever alien life make contact, they are always pissed off and destroy new york city first. Why not Mobile, Alabama?
not sure if I can even jump in on the space exploration convo, but does anyone else feel we went to space and continue to go because the Gov’t knows of other life out there and must explore to ensure our safety…
