Very true bodhi. I like the SF place better as well, but those vaulted brick ceilings made me swoon a bit 🙂 I always wind up gasping for air when I see the maintenance charges on the Manhattan coops. INSANITY!
snappy i think i’d rather live in the SF place. that place was SWEET! though the link you posted is interesting – all those vaulted ceilings!. sometimes i hate looking at the times “properties you can get for…” slide shows. they have one up now for 250k and it make me want to hurt myself a little bit when i think about the size and price of my teeny tiny studio compared to what’s out in the rest of america.
jester, good thing DIBS is on vacation otherwise I would strongly suggest you don’t use the words “soldiers”, “surrendering” and “bulge” in the same sentence.
Did i just hear my name mentioned???

Yeah, bodhi, but it’d cost a fortune to commute every day so you’re actually saving where you are.

Guy is telling me about German soldiers surrendering to him during the Battle of the Bulge.
Nice home, Snappy. But I’m worried about the dog in the 10th photo. Is he dead?
