i decided to just leave it in the pickling jar and not cook it. i dont think anyone at the party will be able to notice a difference if it was cooked or not. and considering my sister only eats canned corn, im sure however this comes out it will be a delicacy
my two cents on the whole realname/username issue. It should be a personal decision – some people are cool with their names out there, others aren’t.
If you don’t want to use your real name, then it helps if your username sounds (or can be made to sound) like a nickname. eg daveinbedstuy = not good, DIBS = good.
