  2. What, I read that whole thread. And for the record, I’m not defending Dave, per say. He can hold his own. What I am defending is the notion that folks buy what they want where they want for reasons other than expecting a huge boon in property values. See my 9:30 post. Would it be assinine to pay $2mm for a house only worth about $800k? You bet your sweet bippy. But for me, it would be worth it because it’s what I want and where I want it. That, What, is my point.
