Also, please advise your boss that s/he needs to lighten your workload so that you can keep up with posting regularly. Spotty posting is frowned upon!!

I just am very sensitive on that subject all together and I’ll tell you my reasons in person sometime if we’re ever on the conversation of Holocaust or growing up being a Jew in communist Russia.
