Arkady and all, yes, I’ll be leaving NYC (though DC isn’t far!) – farewell party at Sycamore beginning at 2:00 pm on Saturday afternoon, to which any and all are welcome. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and we can sit in the shadow of the wall pictured here a few weeks ago:

six, if you want to say your tearful goodbyes to jessibaby, just let us know and we’ll give you two a moment alone in the OT. Do you want DH or Kens to keep an eye on her (and her roommates) in your absence?

“cobble, I’ve started a “To Do” list for this weekend:

(1) Replace Cobble’s and Chad’s stainless steel appliances with black appliances;
(2) Update PLUSA manual;
(3) Re-stock champagne; and
(4) Winterize CGar’s tent.

I know there are items I haven’t included . . .”

Organized as ever CGar, much appreciated. A few notes on your list, if you will…

1. Black? Isn’t there something more period appropriate. Can you get on the horn with Shrill and ask him what color HE thinks they should be, before you invest anymore time on this effort? Thanks!

2. I’m not sure you’re going to have enough time to do the Manual and all of the other work that needs to be done — especially if Chad is mixing drinks for us all weekend. Snappy: Wasn’t there a time management seminar we were going to send CGar too…I’m concerned that he’s over-extending himself and may not make the deadlines for these projects.

3. Excellent, now make sure to get the good stuff, not the cheap stuff!

4. Uhm, we may need to get Shrill over here for this, too. Any winterization materials may need to be reviewed by him and Landmarks before application.

Snappy, yes I am, but the interwebs have no boundaries, so I’ll always be with you (though you’ll be spared my attempts at karaoke!).
