I’d be too afraid to mess with any of it. My dad has a supply of oxy that would make your eyes bulge. He never uses any of it, but fills the prescriptions (WTF?). They have an entire kitchen cabinet full of the stuff. He used it once for the pain and then was like ‘uh-uh!’ and hasn’t taken it since.
i find that stuff really interesting though – i find it laughable that stuff like marijuana is not legal, but it’s not that hard to get your hands on hydro/oxycodone, and other opiate/amphetamine painkillers that are much more addictive.
Oh and adderal is big now too – which is basically legal cocaine.
My grandma (who turns 95 this Thursday in Bismarck, ND) quit smoking cold turkey at age 92. She had been smoking for at least 70 years – not sure how many a day but I know it was a lot. Why quit at that age? She didn’t have the strength to get the stains off the walls anymore during spring cleaning.
Herk, please define “we”!
That’s the show I watched Snappy!! I’ll have to set my DVR!
Yeah oxy is bad news.
I had the name of the series wrong…it’s called “Hooked: Illegal Drugs and How They Got That Way”
It’s going to air again on the History Channel on August 28th at 11pm…set your dvr!
