OH!! i wanted to ask, not sure if i should post in the forum or not (sometimes i dont think the forum regulars like me very much, but anyway) does anyone have a wood floor sander!? i really want to sand the floor in my room and redo it. it’s kinda nasty. but is it easy to do? how will i know which shine will match the rest of the apartment? since the floor in my room extends into the living room that much. i was reading that there is also chemical strippers you can use if you dont want to use a sander?
rob, did you ever re-stain your coffee table?
(sorry, can’t help with the floor question)
Rob, you can go to Home Depot (17th street and Hamilton Ave) and rent one. Also ask them for advice on stripping if you want to do it yourself.
DIBS, that’s what it looks like to me! (And, though I’m setting myself up for pummeling here, I’m not a cat person.)

Rob – Only for rentals when you’re the landlord.
that’s not really true. cats definitely bring down property values.

CarGar – The cat is a subliminal marketing tool & is worth a couple of grand increase on the price.
we can use MM on OT. Miss Muffet never shows up here. I normally use MM or Montrose
