  1. “The bottom line is, you do not like to be pinned down with hard questions that challenge the logic of you prositions. You evade, change the topic and blast posters who dare to challenge you. ”

    The What

Someday this war is gonna end..

  2. Help me out everyone, I need to find “Return of The What” and have him clarify some criticisms he made of me and of the ODB mural. Anything that can be done to get his attention over to me would be appreciated.

  3. I said nothing because it was patently obvious that he did not use the word as a slur. If he, or anyone else had, I’d have been all over them. Simply writing it out is not the same as using it. If you want to hold onto an old issue forever, that’s your bag, not mine.

While we are at it, some of the sexual and descriptive slurs YOU’VE called people, including me, are just as offensive, if not more, yet it’s all part of your colorful persona, so that makes it all just fine? Not in my book. I’m supposed to be afraid of your “hard core” responses? Ooohhh, scared! Not.

“That place is dangerous for Black People”? What place? A place of sanity, where every remark is NOT loaded with some paranoid race/class agenda? That’s where I live, but you’ve never been there.

  4. “The Abbey is the best bar in Brooklyn. I once threw a baby shower there, back when they allowed smoking. ”

The Abbey is always filled with really laid back nice people. That’s my favorite bar to go to solo, when I’m feeling stir crazy and social but don’t want to hang out with friends. Always end up meeting at least a few really cool, interesting peeps.

  5. Hey, changing the subject, did anyone see this yet?:

“Sharp Rise in New Home Sales as Prices Fall”

Speaking anecdotally, I have observed quite a bit of real estate shopping activity these last few weekends in PS, and a flat in my building (smaller than mine, cosmetically nice but nothing special) just sold at a price equal to the peak market price of the larger flats in my line.
