  1. “DH, was the drummer heavy set? Even though the one I’m thinking of looks very young (as are the guitarists he usually plays with), he’s been with him for awhile.”

Yeah – the drummer was a heavy set hawaiian/somoan dude

  2. Caputo’s bakery is awesome. Everything there is good, bread, cookies, etc. Mmmmm. Mazzola’s on Henry St is awesome too, the lard bread is the best in the nabe in my opinion. Court Street Pastry is good for some of the real traditional seasonal stuff, like sfingi and other Italian delights. Mmm so much good stuff. Making me hungry!

DIBS – if you want fresh lobster instead of frozen, there’s the Lobster Pound in Red Hook (or Fairway is right there too if you’re driving, with its nice big parking lot).

Snappy – just be sure to be careful with oven temp if you use a muffin tin, they burn easier.

  3. “Mmmm…I just finished my favorite breakfast…cream of wheat with bananas in it and a side of crispy bacon. There is a God!”

I had the most delicious breakfast cereal experience. Trader Joe’s Lowfat Granola with Almonds with Vanilla Soy milk. Warning: if you don’t like things overly sugary tasting, stay away from this.
