DH, you’ve obviously never been to Essex – it’s a legal requirement there.
thirded on BPC. Friends have an apartment down there and The Egg loves to go down to the park there (“it’s the best park in New York daddy!”)
well, W’burg waterfront was suppose to look like BPC when everything was to be built out. BPC ppty are super super high and that’s the ugly truth. remember looking at some big 1 bdrm condos there after 9-11. prices were btwn 245k to 300k but the ppty tax and condo fees were 1.4k to 1.8k. almost scary to think what they’re at currently

Yeah – we polished off the 12 pack and brought 40s of presidente beer to the theater. good god harry potter is intense!
Yeah M4l – BPC is nice, but almost too nice. Definitely feels like it’s in a different city.
