haha – those developer listings make no sense. Maybe I haven’t been following the rental market close enough anymore – but doesn’t 2k still get you a pretty decent sized 1 bedroom in pretty much any Brooklyn neighborhood? (not in a new construction failed condo of course)
Biff, it was that concert where I saw Jesse Ed Davis playing guitar. He was a really hot looking full blooded American Indian with long hair. I think that’s what sent me down this road of no return obsession with latin guys. I was at an imprssionable age then!!!!

DIBS, when you’re with certain dates, it must look like Jorge and Gringo.
Sony just offered $50 MM for the rights to the video of MJ’s last concert rehearsals, the “This Is IT” London show.
DH, definitely a great show. He still sings the tunes just like he did when they were recorded and plays with top notch musicians. He’s always a crowd pleaser, which means he mostly plays the favourites and only inserts a handful of inferior current stuff.
I’m sure you’ll have a great time. Just to be able to say you say a Beatle perform is worth it, even if you’re not a huge fan.

Cool Biff – he puts on a good show?
I saw him make a surprise performance @ the billy joel show i was at last summer. i’m not really a big fan of his, but as you said, it was a great feeling seeing a living Beatle perform.
I’ll be there tomorrow night – just wanted to see if there would be any PLUSAs there who would want to shoot the sh*t about it wednesday morn!
