“WOW! Look at all the rental pieces being served up on this blog every day, every week. Rental inventory is skyrocketing! 10x rent down down down…”
Did you know that a 1 Bedroom on Broome St is going for 2000.00 a month and no-fee?
You can live in Chelsea for that price. I love it guys and Thanks BHO for bring out my sprit to post on Brownstoner. I feel good torturing the Retards.
I’m back (hold your applause) I need to give a shout out to:
Tree Ripe Orange Juice.
They had it on sale last week for $1.77 so being the Frugal Fanny I am I picked up a carton. For the record it is just as good if not better than Tropicana. Yum.
Yes, I know fresh squeezed, organic, Slope Co-op, farm raised, vegan, free range is best but I don’t have $6.50 for a glass carton of OJ.
OH man six, I would have answered and given a whole speech to the class about that. I would of soo been thrown out of that school. I don’t know how you do it man.
mopar, did you get a hold of slopefarm? He wanted me to put you in touch with him. I mentioned this in the HOTD thread, but you didn’t reply.
THL, did you watch Miami Social? Not sure I can stomach that show, but DIBS would appreciate some of the eye candy, I’m sure.

My favorite is Wary Meyers, but it’s more retro 60s/70s/80s than modern.
Ken, Ha! I said you never know…not for sure! That’s between me and the ladies! LOL

Gem, have you seen DoorSixteen? Mid century modern Eames type sensibility in a 19th C rowhouse in every PLUSA’s favorite “upstate” town, Newburgh.
WHOA Snappy, can I say TMI TMI TMI!
