Not sure of the proper theological answer, sixyears.
Episcpoalians call themselves Protestant (the full name of the Church starts ‘The Protestant Episcopal Church’). The Church of England calls itself catholic.
Both use the Nicene Creed: ‘I (or we) believe (in) one holy catholic and apostolic Church’
Services are very similar to RC ones in general.
A non-drinking friend of mine will put two or three drops of bitters in her otherwise non-alcoholic drink and claim to feel drunk. Is that possible?
I think I need more sleep based on the responses above. Even if the family is away on weekends I tend to get up at 6am. I haven’t used an alarm in years.
Apparently the probability of the NL losing 12 straight All-Star Games is .000244140625
I tuned in to see Obama’s first pitch and then waited to see the two Padres play (Heath Bell – ARGH! but better to lose here than in a Padres game), but Carl Crawford’s amazing catch was the highlight for me.
Biff – speaking of WASPs, somehow Bush Sr. didn’t come off as bad to me last night. Maybe I’m just comparing him with his son – but hey, we gotta give him some credit, he’s 85 and he still goes skydiving on his birthdays!
Less than 8 hours of sleep and I’m a raving lunatic the next day. (still trying to figure out how this differs much from when I do get a full 8 or more). 9-12 hours and I feel like I’m drunk the next day. It’s a fine line.
omg i forgot to mention, last night on the news they had a segment on the “urban farming craze” i wanted to barf. it was funny tho, the reporter goes into a backyard full of chickens and stuff and is all like, uh you know this is brooklyn right? and the crunchy annoying urban farmer was like ahhh gaaah.

Confused? I am.

Etson – pedantic question that excites the passions of some – are Episcopalians Protestant or is the Church of England in a category unto itself?
my friend who is a cocktail bartender has a pretty good recipe to make his own pimm’s (the spirit – not the drink)
I know it involves a gin base – some sweet and dry vermouth and infusing some stuff. it’s good, not as syrupy sweet as pimm’s

*rob*
“Pujols was good with the glove.”
Except for the costly error in the first inning.
I’m cringing at my spelling of “than” and “previous” above.
I try to get at least 8.
