Whoa…gem…that broker needs a few lessons in how to talk up a nabe!! Besides the numerous spelling errors (Park Slope Southy????) he makes it sound like a shopping nightmare. Oh, and total lie about the lack of dollar stores…a new one just opened up in the slope on 5th. HA!
