Biff, the Princess Di death mystified me as well. How they attacked poor Liz over the GD flags. All in all she sold a lot of photos and Hello mags.
Agree, Biff. She seemed like a nice enough person but I was completely confused by all the adulation.
Also, she could have done the same or more charitable work but would have been much less ‘adored’ if she was not good-looking.

C’mon Dave – it’s possible for folks to identify with a person they may have never met, and be strongly affected by their passing, aprticularly siomeone as famous as Michael Jackson. Even I know that.
FYI, I haven’t cried for him, but I did see Michael Jackson in person – my parents took my brother, sister and I to a Jackson 5 concert at Madison Square Garden when I was a kid in the 1970s. Michael and the brothers were spectacular even then. Their songs from that era are still my favorite “Michael” recordings.

I’m sure I’ll get attacked for this, but what talent did Princess Di have other than the luck of being born into high society and the ability to marry a prince? I admire her work with AIDS patients, but other than that, she didn’t exactly reinvent the wheel or produce anything of note, other than lots of material for the tabloids. I honestly didn’t understand the hoopla over her passing.
omg im SUCH a moron. anyway, no cavities and everything is fine. but it was over and i completely forgot i have a 200 dollar deductible on our plan! gack. i was like umm uhh, ill come in tomorrow with the money hahaha. (i will btw) oh well at least it’s over with and nothing wrong with my mouth (except to finish the crown he started a year ago). and at least i got laughing gas. im not sure why i thought cleanings and xrays were excempt from your deductible. der.
