sam, iirc I toured a large building in Manhattan last year that had them. did not use, but they look just like a regular one with only a hint of a fluid surface, and no flush lever.

I was able to see, from Clinton Hill, fireworks – saw two sets of them (guess the smaller one is the Jersey City one G10 referenced)
