DIBS, I used PLUSA earlier, and I haven’t generated 400 posts, so I’m gonna say yes.
i dont think wine and novacaine would have any effect as the novicaine you get is local and not general anaestheia which would affect your respiratory system. local anaesthsia (can never spell that word) doesnt affect the respiratory system.

Rob, my old dentist in SF used to give me gas, definitely made the whole experience much more bearable. NY dentist won’t do it, he told me why but, as usual, I retain nothing.
