What, are you essentially saying that your antagonisation of DIBS and hatred of Brownstoner is due to your objection to “gentrification” and your perception of its racist underpinnings?
Not really big on sake knowledge. I just know I tend to like the cloudy, sweet ones. How are these viewed in the world of sake buffs? I’m not drinking girly crap am i?
I think Australian wine is pretty awful, although better than South African wine, which I find undrinkable.
The only places that produce really excellent winea are:
France
Italy
California
Spain
Portugal
German wines are the pits, Chile has good wine but the best of it stays in Chile, New Zealand should stick with growing sheep and NY State wine is right up there with Tunisian wines.
