  1. Arkady, you’re right. I think building insurance will cover the regular slip and fall. In terms of the grill, the super will keep it in storage and give out to anyone who wants to use it for BBQ and children bday parties and such but I think we’ll have a lawyer to draft up a simple agreement to sign that the building is not liable for any burn damages made to them or their guest from using the grill. We already have a bunch of law suits pending (People will sue for anything). One shareholder is suing the co-op for having bedbugs in her apartment eventhough we have an exterminator who came in and sprayed her apartment and told her the steps to take afterwards that she never did. Then SHE admitted to the board that she bought used furniture and started having problems afterwards yet she is suing the co-op. What can I tell ya, stupidity at its prime.

  2. OK…before many of you logoff for the evening (thinking you actually have real lives) I want to thank you all for understanding my use of the “n word” yesterday in that discussion. I think that those of you who actually have met me have a pretty good idea that I’m not racist and would never utter that word in that context.

Thanks for coming to my defense.

To the What…I feel for you when you said “See where this is going?” But you raised this way above the level of what the original discussion was all about. You can disagree with me on any topic you want but you do not know me well enough to call me a racist and that use of that word was no indication that I am anywhere close to that.
