Kens – My one concern would be insurance. Given how quickly things fall apart here over simple words, I think you may have agitators among the 90 units & might want to protect against that.

kens- I really know nothing about that sort of thing but really- how could it possibly hurt the value? The common area will be nicer and more usable for everyone- it’s an added amenity.
