Wikipedia has the back-and-forth theory on the issue. Sometimes the below makes it, sometimes it is cut.
I’ll give you one that you won’t find in MW. “Racism is a system of oppression created by the white man to suppress the rights and humanity of people of color”.
A system, like communism, capitalism, etc.

Kens, I think that’s unquantifiable. If you were to work out a mathematical equation it would have to be divided by the size of unitholders with kids vs. without, etc, etc, etc. It’s more about comparing the coop with the amenities to a unit in one without,….and all the other pluses and minuses that each one has.

My definition of a Retard is someone who is oblivious to the facts and circumstances around them, Like moving into a neighborhood and complaining about the lack of amenities.

OK… so going back to my serious question
How much (percentage wise) do you think the value of a co-op goes up if they have a small backyard garden/playground with bbq grill and a couple of benches? Does that increase the value of the building and apartment by say 5-10% in general?
Do people with kids see that as a necessity if they’re not close enough to a playground or a park?
