  1. Why not do yourself and everyone else a favor and just stop posting here? You’ve said everything you’ve wanted, we’ve heard it again and again to the point of boredom, methinks you doth protest too much.

A major victory? The only victory is that pretty much everyone here- no matter race, creed or color, called you out on your insane dave bashing and attempts to twist everything he says into a race war. You hate it here so much but you can’t keep away. What does that say? That you’re weak and desperate for attention. The little boy who cried wolf.

  2. Thanks Dave. I agree with you but this is my particular case. I mentioned I was on the board before and I had a great idea that I threw out there and all board members approved.

We have a space that’s gated in the back of our building that contains the stairs to the top of the indoor garage along with a couple of fire escapes that lead to the back. The back of the building has a gate that every shareholder has the keys to (Same key as the front door entrance). There is also a small unused grassed space that’s decent enough to make into a little backyard garden for very cheap. there is grass there already, only thing that’s needed is to put up a few plants, flowers on the side to separate the area a bit and one shareholder is donating 2 wooden benches as well as a BBQ grill (super doesn’t mind keeping the place clean when I checked with him). All I’ll need to do is find a cheap picnic table on craigslist and go and pick it up. Might end up costing our co-op 50-100 bucks to have a backyard garden that shareholders can enjoy (we have 90 apartments). We’re doing it regardless and I’ll put in the work either way (Planting, cleaning, finding benches & chairs, etc) but was just wondering whether it’ll be a nice sales pitch in the future when I or any other shareholder is ready to sell their apartment(s).

  3. Take away all the white and all the black people in the world, and there’s still plenty of racism to go around.
