I looked at your website, and realized that I know you and especially your wife. I live in the new condo facing Byrne/Washington Park, across from where you used to live.
Ever morning I walk my little white West Highland Terrier by the park, and that is where I would meet your wife and your Shetland Sheepdog. We would have a laugh every time on account of my dog. Even though my Westie is 1/5th the size of your Shetland, he would go bezerk barking at him. Your dog always looked at mine with this “Why can’t we be friends?” expression. Ask your wife, I’m sure she will know who I am.
Just a fews weeks ago my wife and I were wondering what happened to my dog’s “favorite enemy”. Now I know!

10% down requirement for a co-op sounds weird. Must be some backstory there. Potentially a source for concern about fellow shareholders’ stability.
But think it is mainly the location – next to the big project and not really that close to anything.

Hey! It’s not laziness! Biff, I told you last night…my left foot is effed up. I’m actually in the same position as CGups. I currently have my left foot wrapped up and in an orthopedic boot and I have to use a cain. Movement is very difficult and painful 🙁
