Yesterday the E.R. doc decided to skip the cortisone because my plantar fascia is so tight it’s got my foot bent under…had to do a different shot (don’t recall what it was) because a cortisone shot won’t help if I can’t straighten out my foot.
OMG you’re both so young. It’s WWII.

Oy, that’s not good. So did they give you a cortisone shot at the ER? How long does that last?
