cobblehiller, DIBS and I are awaiting the sale of 22 Remsen to see who is planning the next ‘Stoner gathering. However, at this rate, it might not ever sell, so I might have to take the proverbial bull by the horns. I’m thinking maybe in Feb or March at the latest.
