Rob – Comfy is all that counts but you should track whether you feel better after a night when your head was to the left or right – that would constitute which side you’re getting out on the next morning. We here know there are good & bad days.

The very last thing you should be worrying about is old people on facebook. Forget facebook. By the way, how much longer do you think your body will let you get away with sleeping on a couch rather than a proper bed?
the WORST part about facebook is that if you try to change your name on it so people cant search you, it still allows for your original name to be searched! grrrr.
arkady, i dont know. i wonder if sleeping on a leather sofa is bad for the back, but it’s very comfy. better than the one i used before. and better than when i slept on a hardwood floor in harlem lol.

I have avoided Facebook for that exact reason. Don’t want everyone having access to everything & don’t have time to work out who should see what. Not that I am interesting and mysterious or anything – more just paranoid!

Good thing nobody around here would ever be considered lame or a loser by posting multiple times on the same site day after day!
Oldies know better than to have compromising images broadcast – there are lots of ways to narrow-cast them. On the few links I have, it’s young people who have the boring stuff: “I’m reading____”. “It’s a beautiful day here.” etc.
