Interestingly, during the early 80s, gay men thought that poppers might have been the cause of AIDS and many had a false sense of security in that they had not used poppers.
I see the little bottles of amyl nitrate being sold in convenience stores next to cigarette lighters and other smoking paraphenalia all the time. It cannot be illegal in NY. It does give one a real rush and is OK as long as you don’t become hooked on it or want to move on to hanging yourself from the ceiling fan.
dh…available all over the Village, LES; not just in sex shops. They are bad for your heart & BP but they are legal, although not so in all states.

sorta yeah. everyone is sorta shady tho. and ugly. and they like to ogle. ive really only gone twice, in a cab, for the sole purpose of picking stuff up tho. in and out fast. even the cashiers owners of the porn stores in sunset park are shady. they are not like the super sweet indian guys in the porno shops in manhattan.
