you people pay 4 bux to dry clean one article of something? um, you know a few years ago a little invention came out called Febreeze. it’s essentially the same thing they use at the cleaners and i think it comes in different scents now as well.
Biff, I’ve never had on of the physiological or the custard type. I have had, if you remember from threads about 6 months ago, one that was inlaid with mother-of-pearl. And i don’t mean a custard.
“Nope…always sent them out. All I wash are my sheets, jeans and underwear. TMI???”
Haha not at all – do you get them done in Bed Stuy? That is the one thing that I feel is lacking in Brooklyn, good, well priced dry cleaners. In Manhattan my shirts would cost 1.75 to launder and press ($3 for hand iron)
In Brooklyn (Crown Heights and Williamsburg at least) – It’s 4 bucks for a shirt, which is insane. Pants are a little cheaper to get dry cleaned, but the extra cost of shirts really adds up quickly.
“spotted dick” – should I ask for an explanation or is it better not to know?
YES, dh…I paid $1.95 on the UES and I pay $3.25 in Bed Stuy. I’m ready to nuke some of these Koreans. I though it was just Bed Stuy.

No, he does bangers & mash.
anatomical is probably a better word than physiological.

DIBS, did you ever indulge in a spotted dick?
