oh!!! i totally forgot to say that ill be living in park slope for another year. my roommate is renewing the lease and we got a very minimal rent increase. just 25 bux 🙂
definitely reduces a lot of having to move stress. also since i pay 300 bux for smoking, i am just going to pretend my rent got reduced by 275 bux a month.
Randi, make sure you count Biff only as one post instead of 2 for the FGVOTD. Since DIBS is still on vaca and not a lot of PLUSAs are contributing today, I hope to get at least one PL of the day status before I go on vaca in a couple of days or I wont be able to sleep well at nights.
