The What, in all seriousness I think the newbie and a couple of others were right. The inventory is just not as big as the population in Brooklyn. Brooklyn is consideresed the most densely populated in the 5 borough and as swine_flu posted a few days ago, we’re up to 8.4 million in the 5 boroughs and growing. 1,000 extra condo inventory wont do anything to fill demand of this population size and new construction is down 91%. It is simple supply/demand econ 101.
Was Terminator Salvation that good? I guess it’s going on my “to watch list”. Was it better than Star Trek in your opinion?
