I really couldn’t understand how she didn’t know the price of the house prior to the closing…that would not fly with me, but I can certainly attest that United Homes conducts business in an unscrupulous manner.
$12-15 is better. Don’t need to go higher, but I notice that there is a real jump in the selection and quality of gifts once you go those extra few bucks. If you have time and don’t know what to get, go to Toy Space on 7th Ave @ 14th St. You will get advice for the age range.
When I was reading that article that Honeycut linked, I was like, ‘who the f goes to a home closing without knowing the price of the house??’ but I guess those people are janky nonetheless.

In terms of unemployment? The current King is Spain with unemployment at 17% and predicted to go above 20% by the end of the year.
I plan to be there and will be on the early side, a little before 7 perhaps.
