Nominate Your Favorite Restaurants
We’ve been highlighting a Restaurant of the Day every weekday since last summer, and we’ve really appreciated all the reviews you’ve shared. Now, we’re nearing our 200th write-up, but we’ve still got a ton of places to cover. If you’ve got a favorite Brooklyn restaurant that we haven’t mentioned yet, please let us know in…

(Little neighborhood spots and holes-in-the-wall are welcome we’d like to cover all of the borough’s quality mom-and-pop shops that citywide publications may have overlooked.)

Oh – and could we potentially get a “bar of the day” feature in the near future? That would certainly be fun!!
I’ll rep my neck of the woods as I’m sure everyone else will have ample input for brownstone brooklyn:
Walter Foods – Grand Street in Williamsburg. Finally checked it out this weekend for the first time. Amazing!
Five Leaves – The Heath Ledger joint on Bedford Avenue in Greenpoint
Northeast Kingdom – Wyckoff and Starr out in Bushwick.
Sea Thai Bistro – North 6th. I hate this place but it seems to be a destination for lots of people.
Did Peter Luger’s ever get covered? What about Diner on Broadway?
There’s also a new place on South 1st called Rye – opened up by some Dressler dudes. Might be good to feature in the future.
Bridget on Broadway. (Williamsburg)
Are you serious, the Usual in Prospect Heights? As the name suggests, it’s very ordinary.
No worries, dave. It’s not easy to keep track of all these restaurants!
