New Building Planned for Greenpoint Historic District

A new building is planned for the 2,375-square-foot lot at 94 Greenpoint Avenue, which falls in the Greenpoint Historic District. The Landmarks Preservation Commission will hear an application for the project on Sept. 4th. Unfortunately the LPC does not reveal any more details per the public hearing notice. The lot, however, has a frontage of 25 feet and depth of 95 feet. Since it’s in a landmarked district, this design will likely turn out fairly contextual. GMAP
