New Building in Windsor Terrace Back on Track

The Concerned Citizens of Greenwood Heights are keeping an eye on the empty lot at 377-379 Prospect Avenue, between 7th and 8th avenues. A developer filed new building renewal permits this summer; the permits are still pending with the Department of Buildings. Plans call for a three-story, ten-unit multifamily with seven parking spaces. (The lot is 14,465 square feet total.) The development will top out at 35 feet. IMBY noticed that the DOB first approved plans at the site in 2008. It does not look like the developer has changed since then.
