Cinnamon Snail, purveyors of delicious cinnamon rolls and other vegan sweets, recently gave up its roving food truck and headed to a stable spot at the new Pennsy food hall in Manhattan — but their production facilities remain in Bed Stuy’s former Pfizer building.
