More Beer, Less Soda for Brooklyn Beer and Soda Space

It was a sad day in Prospect Heights when the huge, well-stocked Brooklyn Beer and Soda moved from Washington Avenue to Prospect Lefferts Gardens, but a tipster informs us a new beer distributer filled the space. He says the owners of the liquor store across the street have taken it on, renaming the place “Prospect Heights Beer Works.” We found one Yelp review regarding the new owners: “The shop seems sparse when you go in, but it’s only because they’re not as heavy on the soda; the beer selection is comparable to our beloved Beer & Soda. The guys behind the counter seemed like they know their beer, too.” GMAP
