this is a random question… what’s a reasonable amount to pay movers to unload a truck and bring boxes and furniture up to a 4th-floor walk-up? it’s about a one-bedroom apt’s worth of stuff.
i’ve hired movers in boston for the same kind of thing for $250 for one hour (and it was all done in an hour), but it seems like NYC might be considerably more than that. thoughts?
