Momofuku Milk Bar Opening on Metropolitan Today

The new retail space for Momofuku Milk Bar in Williamsburg is scheduled to open today. Eater got some shots of how the interior of the storefront at 382 Metropolitan Avenue, near the corner of Havemeyer, was looking as of yesterday. The store is next to Momofuku’s commissary kitchen, which already sold some of the business’s wares but had limited offerings and didn’t accept cash. The spot will sell pork and vegetable buns in addition to deserts, and Diner’s Journal reports that it’ll be open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
