Mast Brothers Chocolate Makers has done a minimalist overhaul of its Williamsburg store at 111 N. 3rd Street. The bean-to-bar chocolate company is based in Brooklyn but has products sold internationally.
Founded in 2007, Mast Brothers has occupied the 3,000-square-foot facility, formerly home to a spice company, since 2011. The new space was designed in house and features an extended retail area and simplified roasting section, as well as a new “chocolate laboratory,” according to Dezeen.
Below, some photos of the new space.

gorgeous!
I usually find modern so meh, but this is really impressive. The first photo looks like a wonderfully rendered art installation. Me likey!
Agreed. The space is gorgeous. Was surprised to read that they did the design in-house — expected some fancypants architects’ work
