The place on Hoyt has high ceilings in the main floor, but surprisingly little light because it only has two regular-sized windows, in the front of the unit. It’s on a corner, but one side faces a parking lot. One of the levels is a basement, with no windows, and the highest level actually has ceilings of maybe a little less than 8 feet.
Does anyone know anything about the Kensington place? As I am quickly being priced out of any apartment I could have ever afforded in the heights, I find myself with little choice but to expand the horizons.
Seems like a very good price on the North 11th condo (~$500 psf). Any reason why it went so cheap and/or sat on the market for a year?
is that 70 Hoyt Street address correct?
What building is that?
