Juice Joint Opening Soon in Williamsburg

A Juice Generation store seemed poised to open at 210 Bedford Avenue when we passed by last week. We think the exterior looks decent, or at least inoffensive. The 16-year-old chain has 11 other locations, all in Manhattan. In addition to juice, they also sell vegan soups such as lentil and raw food dishes. We suppose the demographics of Williamsburg are now pretty similar to those other locations, in terms of density of foot traffic. Do you think Williamsburg could use a place like this? GMAP
