Japanese Antique Store is Closing in Dumbo

Shibu, an authentic Japanese antique store at 306 Water Street, will close shop in the next few months. According to the website, “After 17 years in business and 2 years in NY we are sad to say that Shibui cannot exist in the current business environment. To this end we will be massively reducing inventory and closing the only retail location we have. ” You can see more pictures of inventory at the Facebook page, where the above picture came from.
