Interior and Exterior Upgrades for Cobble Hill's PS 29

This week Community Board Six reported on the extensive renovation coming to PS 29 at 425 Henry Street, between Baltic and Kane streets. This includes exterior masonry, roof replacement, parapet replacement and flood elimination work. (Here’s the full announcement from the School Construction Authority.) Construction workers were setting up scaffolding when we passed by yesterday, and most of their work will be done outside school hours with an exception in the summertime.
